How to order?

Place your order using our website chat or through our official Facebook account Cris Premium Guitars.

What is your payment policy?

50% downpayment upon order. 50% balance to be paid upon receipt of the item. Downpayment is non-refundable and can be forfeited if the buyer had a change of mind. However, in case we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the full amount of money you sent to us.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Do you cover shipping costs?

Shipping fee from CPG Shop to customer's address should be paid by the buyer. Alternatively, you can opt to pick-up your item in our Shop.

When will I receive my order?

We are shipping from overseas. Shipping time usually takes 14 to 20 days from the date of order confirmation or receipt of downpayment.
